01 / What we do

Remedial and reparation works, carried out in full.

CPR specialises in remedial works to commercial and domestic properties. We carry out reparation and renovation works to commercial buildings, schools, office blocks and social housing — including properties that have suffered from fire, flood or impact damage.

S/01

Condition surveys & specifications

Detailed inspection, diagnosis and reporting of the defect, with a costed scope of works your team, insurer or board can act on.

S/02

Remedial & reparation works

Structural and cosmetic repair to masonry, render, roofing and internal finishes — reinstating the building fabric to specification.

S/03

Water ingress & damp remediation

Trace, expose and cure the source of the ingress, then dry, treat and reinstate to prevent repeat failure across the affected areas.

S/04

Peril-damaged property

Fire, flood and impact damage: make-safe, strip-out, drying, structural reinstatement and full renovation back to occupation.

S/05

Renovation & refurbishment

Planned refurbishment of commercial buildings, offices, schools and housing stock — phased around your operations.

S/06

Contract delivery & handover

One point of responsibility on site, from programme and trade coordination through to snagging, certification and aftercare.

02 / Where we work

The right specification for the building in front of us.

Occupied offices, live schools and tenanted housing all demand a different approach to access, phasing and finish. We scope each project to the way the building is actually used, so works are completed without displacing the people inside it.

Survey first

Every project starts with a measured, photographed diagnosis of the defect.

03 / The process

One contract. One team. Survey to completion.

You do not need to appoint a surveyor, a main contractor and a set of trades separately. We take the project from diagnosis through to handover under a single point of responsibility.

01

Survey & diagnosis

We attend, investigate and establish what has actually failed — not what appears to have failed. You receive a clear report with photographic evidence.

Site attendance · defect report · cause identified

02

Specification & programme

A defined scope of works, materials, programme and cost. Approvals, access and phasing are agreed before anyone sets foot on site.

Scope · programme · fixed cost

03

Reparation works

Our directly managed teams and approved contractors deliver the works, with progress reporting and a single point of contact throughout.

Trades coordinated · progress reported

04

Handover & aftercare

Snagging completed, certification issued and the site handed back clean and operational — with aftercare support on the finished works.

Snag-free · certified · operational

04 / Case studies

Peril to perfection, documented.

A selection of recent remedial and reparation projects across the sectors we work in — each one surveyed, specified, delivered and handed over by CPR.

Office block · West London

Facade reinstatement following long-term water ingress

A 1970s office block with failed render and perished window surrounds. We surveyed every elevation, stripped back to sound substrate and reinstated a full render system with new surrounds — completed in phases above live ground-floor tenancies.

Secondary school · South London

Term-time refurbishment across twelve classrooms

Water damage from a failed roof outlet affected ceilings, partitions and finishes across a teaching block. All works were sequenced around the timetable, with noisy operations confined to evenings and holidays.

Social housing · Thames Valley

Flood recovery and full reinstatement of fourteen homes

Following a burst main, we stripped out, dried and fully reinstated fourteen occupied properties. Residents were decanted and returned in planned waves, with the last home handed back ahead of programme.

Two ways to work with CPR.

For clients

Always looking for new clients

If you own, manage or insure property in the Midlands, we would like to hear about it. Tell us what has happened to the building and we will arrange a survey and a clear, costed scope of works — with no obligation.

For contractors

Always adding to our approved list

We are continually looking for reliable contractors to join our approved contractors list — remedials, roofing, rendering, joinery, electrical, mechanical and finishing trades. Send us your details, insurances and the type of work you cover.

07 / Contact

Tell us what has happened to the building.

Send us the details and we will come back with next steps, usually the same working day. Contractors looking to join our approved list can use the same form — just select the contractor option.
